Terms and Condition



1. Invoicing and Payment
Course fees are due within 10 days of course booking or as stated on the invoice. Elkhill Group reserves the right to require payment at time of booking by any other payment method. Elkhill Group may require that these payment details be provided by phone or via our website. Cancellations and transfers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. If payment of a course fee has not been received within the stated period, an enrolment may be cancelled. An enrolled participant will always be notified prior to this occurring. If a purchase order is provided the terms and conditions contained in the invoice override the terms and conditions specified in that purchase order. Course bookings are made on a per seat basis. The participant names provided at the time of booking are for our own administrative use only. Where an account remains overdue for over 90 days Elkhill Group reserves the right to list that company/individual or client's details on our defaulting client’s web page.



2. Cancellations
Cancellations will not be accepted once we receive cleared funds into our account and the registration fee is non-refundable. If a cancellation is made less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of a course, no refund is applicable. However a transfer to another scheduled course is acceptable, but this transfer must be arranged at the time of cancellation. Standard transfer fees will apply. If no notification is received and there is non attendance at the course, no refund will be made.



3. Non Attendance
If a delegate fails to attend a course, course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program. If the nominated delegate is unable to attend a scheduled course or part of a course, substitute participants are always welcome to attend.



4. Missed days
If a participant fails to attend a single day of a multi day course, then that participant may attend an alternate course to make up the missed days. This is subject to seat availability on the course. A daily fee to be determined will be charged for any days made up at an alternate course.



5. General
Elkhill Group reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule courses due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. Elkhill Group reserves the right to change course fees, dates, content, speakers or method of presentation at its discretion. Where a refund is due to a participant a full refund cheque will be sent within thirty days. If a course is overbooked, delegates who have paid prior to the course commencement will be given priority.



6. Privacy
Elkhill Group does not sell or rent its member and client details to other organizations. The information collected on the enrolment form is for the purposes of processing your registration, creating and maintaining participant records, keeping you informed of upcoming events and products and assisting us in improving our service to you. Please contact us with any enquiries you may have in relation to this matter. These terms and conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions issued
